派丽奥软膏治疗急性局限型下颌智齿冠周炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察派丽奥软膏(periocline ointment,盐酸米诺环素软膏)治疗急性局限型下颌智齿冠周炎的临床效果及不良反应。方法用随机、单盲法研究派丽奥软膏于盲袋中置药的治疗效果,与碘甘油对照,第4天观察临床效果及不良反应。结果派丽奥软膏治疗组,临床治愈率46.67%,高于碘甘油组(χ2=6.435,P<0.05);显效率81.67%,差异有显著性(χ2=9.440,P<0.01)。未发现不良反应。结论派丽奥软膏治疗急性局限型下颌智齿冠周炎有良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the effects of treatment of acute topical type lower wisdom teeth pefiodontitis by the pefiocline ointment （minocycline hydrochloride ointment）. Methods A randomized, blind study was designed. Following initial therapy, pefiocline ointment was administered into gingival pocket and compared with iodine glycetine. The effects and adverse reaction were observed on the fourth day. Results In the treatment of periocline ointment, the rate of completely therapeutic efficiency was 46.67 %, which was obviously higher than that of iodine glycetine group（ x^2 = 6.435, P 〈 0.05） ; the rate of markedly therapeutic efficiency was 81.67 %, which was significantly different（ x^2 = 9. 440, P 〈 0.01 ）. No adverse reaction had been found after the ointment was administered. Condusion Administration of periocline ointment as the treatment of acute topical type lower wisdom teeth periodontitis could get good clinical results.
