p-p38和uPA在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:研究磷酸化p38(p-p38)和尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂(uPA)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织标本中p-p38和uPA的表达并分析其相关性及与临床病理特征进行比较。结果:乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中p-p38及uPA的阳性表达率分别为56.7%和60.0%。p-p38和uPA表达均为阳性25例,表达均为阴性15例,两者表达一致的符合率为66.7(%40/60),其表达呈密切相关(P<0.05)。与肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),而与肿瘤大小、患者年龄无显著相关性。结论:p-p38及uPA过表达在乳腺癌的发展及浸润转移中具有重要的作用。Objective： To investigate the expressions of phosphorylated p38 （p-p38） and urokinase-type plasminogen activator （uPA） and their relationship with the clinicopathological features in breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods： The expressions of p-p38 and uPA were determined by immunohistochemieal S-P method in 60 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma, The relationship between the expressions of p-p38 and uPA and the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results： The positive expression rotes of p-p38 and uPA in breast invasive ductal carcinoma were 56.7% and 60.0%, respectively. Both p-p38 and uPA expressions were positive in 25 cases and negative in 15 cases. There was a close relationship between the p-p38 and uPA expressions.The expressions of p-p38 and uPA were correlated with TNM staging and lymph node metastasis, but no relationship was found between their expressions and the patient＇s age and tumor size. Conclusion： The overexpressions of p-p38 and uPA play an important role in the development, invasion, and metastasis of breast cancer.
