摘  要:目的:研究磁性附着体中铁素体不锈钢材料引起的小鼠成纤维细胞L929凋亡情况,初步检测其生物相容性。方法:应用不同浓度的铁素体不锈钢材料浸提液处理L929细胞,流式细胞仪检测其凋亡率及细胞周期分期,透射电镜观察其凋亡形态。结果:随着浓度的增加,铁素体不锈钢材料引起的细胞凋亡率增加,但对细胞周期无特异性影响。结论:铁素体不锈钢材料符合临床应用的生物相容性要求,可应用于新型磁性附着体之中。Objective: To investigate the biocompatibility of ferrite stainless steel in the new magnetic attachment by determining the apoptosis induced by ferrite stainless steel in mouse fibroblast L929 cell line cultured in vitro. Methods: L929 cell line was treated with extracting liquid containing different concentrations of ferrite stainless steel. The apoptosis rate and cell cycle were determined by flow cytometry, and the morphological changes were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: The apoptosis rate of L929 cells increased with the concentration of ferrite stainless steel. The ferrite stainless steel had no effect on the cell cycle. Conclusion: The ferrite stainless steel meets the requirements for clinical application and can be used in the magnetic attachment.
