摘　　要：报告1例皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤。患者男,67岁。因右胫前暗红色斑块3个月、左胫前肿块2个月、牙龈肿胀20d就诊。双侧腹股沟可扪及淋巴结。皮损经组织病理学检查诊断为皮肤B细胞淋巴瘤。经全身化疗、局部放疗2个月后,患者病情好转。One case of cutaneous B-cell lymphoma is reported. The patient presented with erythematous pretibial plaques of fight leg for three months, and tumour on left leg for two months, swelling of gum for twenty days. Enlarged lymph nodes were found on the two sides of groins. The result of histopathologieal examination was consistent with cutaneous B-cell lymphoma. After chemotherapy and local radiotherapy for two months, the patient＇s condition got improved.
