戴用全口义齿不同时间的咀嚼肌肌电图表现

摘　　要：目的:通过测定咀嚼肌肌电变化,分析全口义齿戴用时间与咀嚼功能的关系。方法:对30例初戴全口义齿2周的患者与32例戴用全口义齿3个月以上的患者,应用MedelecSynergy肌电仪,测定咀嚼运动时双侧颞肌前束与咬肌的表面募集电位、募集电位时限、面积,并计算肌不对称指数。2组数据采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果:全口义齿初戴组,其颞肌与咬肌的电位幅值低于常戴组,两者有显著性差异(左颞肌P<0.05,双侧咬肌P<0.05);双侧咬肌肌电面积,初戴组大于常戴组(P<0.05),咀嚼肌不对称指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:初戴全口义齿2周与戴用全口义齿3个月以上患者比较,咀嚼肌活动有显著差异;初戴者,其咀嚼功能恢复未能达到相应程度。PURPOSE： This study was aimed to analyze the relationship between the periods of wearing time of full denture and function of mastication in edentulous patients. METHODS： Electromyogram （EMG） was done at an initial time of wearing full denture for 30 patients （Group A） and at an interval of wearing full denture for more than 3 months for 32 patients （Group B）. EMG activities were recorded for 2 pairs of muscles （anterior temporalis, masseter） by means of Medelec Synergy Electromyography. Student＇s t test was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS： EMG amplitude of Group A was significantly lower than that of Group B （left anterior temporalis P〈0.05, bilateral masseter P〈0.05）. Group A has larger area than Group B （P〈0.05）; No significant difference was found in asymmetry index between Group A and Group B （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： The function of mastication in patients who wore full denture for short time has not been achieved as expected.
