传导性角膜塑形术对角膜内皮细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨传导性角膜塑形术(conductivekeratoplasty)对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法:对32例46眼患者行传导性角膜塑形术,分别于术前,术后3,7d;1mo对其内皮细胞变化进行分析。结果:术前、术后3,7d;1mo中央及周边区内皮细胞密度(CD)、内皮细胞的平均面积(AVE)、变异系数值(CV)及六角形内皮细胞的比例(6A)术前术后各组间比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:传导性角膜塑形术对角膜内皮细胞无明显影响。AIM： To observe the effect of conductive keratoplasty on corneal endothelium. METHODS： The non-contact specular microscope was applied to observe and analyze the corneal endothelium changes of 46 eyes underwent conductive keratoplasty at pre-operation and post-operation 3 days,7 days and one month. RESULTS： There were no significant difference of the cell density, average cell area, coefficient of variation proportion of hexagonal cells of central and peripheral corneal endothelium before and after operation（ P〉0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： There was no damage on the corneal endothelium by conductive keratoplasty.
