白内障超声乳化术后与小切口囊外摘除术后患者生存质量比较

摘　　要：目的:比较白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术后和小切口囊外白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术后患者生存质量的变化。方法:分别于术前和术后1/4,1,3mo,观察Ⅰ组108例单眼行白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术后患者和Ⅱ组94例单眼行小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入的眼部情况,使用生存质量调查量表记录分数。结果:术前生存质量总分数和各指标分数,术后1mo和3mo的生存质量总分数,Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组比较差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。术后1/4mo生存质量总分数和各指标分数,Ⅰ组高于Ⅱ组,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶状体植入术患者的生存质量在短期内就得到明显提高。手术效果优于小切口囊外白内障摘除术。中期效果Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组无明显差异,远期结果尚待进步深入探讨。AIM： To compare the postoperation survival quality between cataract phacoemulsification and small incision extracapsular with intraocular lens implantation. METHODS： A total of 202 eyes were divided into two groups, in which 108 eyes in group Ⅰ and 94 eyes in groupⅡ. The cataract phacoemulsification with sucking lens implantation were undergone in group I and the small incision extracapsular with intraocular lens implantation were undergone in group Ⅱ . The conditions of the eyes were observed before operation and at one week, one month and three months after operation and the scores were recorded by using the investigation form of survival quality. RESULTS： There were no significant differences between group I and group II on the total scores of survival quality, all kinds of index before operation and at one month or three months after operation （P〉0.05）. The total scores of survival quality, all kinds of index before operation and at one week had significant difference between group I and group Ⅱ （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation is good to the survival quality of patients in a short period after operation. The surgery effect is better than small incision extracapsular. However, there is no significant difference between group I and group Ⅱ during middle stage. For effect in later stage, it needs further investigate.
