扁平部造瘘术联合小梁切除术+MMC治疗新生血管性青光眼46例  

New treatment for new-vascular glaucoma by creating leak at the plane part combined trabeculectomy with intraoperative application of mitomycin C

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生血管性青光眼的有效治疗方法。方法:对46例(46眼)新生血管性青光眼患者采用扁平部造瘘术联合小梁切除术+MMC的手术方法,术后随访0.5～1a。结果:眼压控制在12￣21mmHg之间41例;2例经点降眼压眼药水或口服降眼压药,眼压能够控制在12～24mmHg范围;2例眼压再次升高,做了第二次手术,获得了较好的效果;1例眼球不全萎缩。成功率达89.1%。结论:扁平部造瘘术联合小梁切除术+MMC是治疗新生血管性青光眼有效的方法。AIM： To explore the effective treatment of the new-vascular glaucoma. METHODS： Forty-six patients （46 eye） of new-vascular glaucoma were treated by creating leak at the plane part combined trabeculectomy with intraoperative application of mitomycin C. The follow-up period was ranged from 6 to 12 months. RESULTS： The intraocular pressure was controlled during 12-21mmHg in 41 eyes. With antiglaucoma medications, intraocular pressure could be controlled during 12-24mmHg in 2 eyes. Two eyes were performed second operation for recurrence, and obtained better effect. One eye occurred atrophy of the eyeball. The success rate was 89.1%. CONCLUSION： The creating leak at the plane part combined trabeculectomy with intraoperative application of mitomycin C is an effective method to treat the new-vascular glaucoma.
