中西医结合治疗非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗对非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法:将102例糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者在均接受糖尿病药物治疗的情况下,观察组加服中药汤剂,以疏肝健脾益气和血法组方,一个疗程为1mo,观察3～6个疗程,治疗前后定期观察血流变及眼底等情况。结果:观察组患者全血粘度比服药前降低(P<0.05),观察组患者眼底病变出现稳定和改善者明显多于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率为86.3%。结论:中西医结合治疗能降低非增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者的血液粘度,改善和稳定其眼底病变,是其早期干预和治疗的有效方法之一。AIM： To observe the effect of traditional combine with western medicine on patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy. METHODS： Seventy-two cases were randomly assigned into control and treatment groups. Both groups were treated with diabetic medication. Traditional medicine was added in the treatment group. After three to six periods of treatment （with one period equals to one month）. The changes of hemorheology and ocular fundus were observed. RESULTS： After traditional medicine, the blood and plasma viscosity decreased significantly （P〈0.05）. The number of cases with improved ocular manifestation in treatment group was morn than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 86.3%. CONCLUSION： The traditional medicine could reduce blood viscosity and improve the fundus changes.
