摘  要:目的:检验评估高原紫外线致晶状体损伤的防护效果。方法:对象采取尽量减少户外活动,戴有缘帽、防护镜及摄取新鲜蔬菜等措施。结果:通过本防护措施的实施,晶状体混浊的发生率由10a前的39.6%下降为16.5%,且晶状体混浊程度也有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:在紫外线较强的高原地区,采取必要的防护措施,可有效地降低紫外线对晶状体的损伤,减少晶状体混浊的发生率、减少白内障的发病率,可有效地延缓人群中的白内障发病年龄。AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of defending measure of ultraviolet radiation damaging to lens in plateau region. METHODS: We adopted the measure of reducing outdoors activity as possible, wearing cap with visor, wearing defending glasses and absorbing fresh vegetable. RESULTS: Through carrying out our defending measure, happening rate of lens turbidity declined to 16.5% at present from 39.6% at 9 years ago. And the degree of lens turbidity also depressed remarkably. CONCLUSION: The ultraviolet radiation is stronger in plateau region. Adopting necessary defending measure can depress the damaging of ultraviolet radiation to lens, reduce the rate of lens turbidity and the incidence of cataract, delay happening age of cataract in confluence.
