得力生注射液与NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的比较

摘　　要：目的：对比观察得力生注射液与NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法：中药组：得力生注射液40ml加入5％葡萄糖500ml中每日1次静脉滴注21天，休息1周，再继续2l天。化疗组：盖诺25mg／m。加入生理盐水100ml静脉滴注（快速），第1，8天，DDP（顺铂）50mg／m。静脉滴注，第2～3天，28天重复完成2个周期以上评价疗效。结果：71例可评价疗效，近期疗效和临床获益率两组相近，无显著差异。症状缓解方面（咳嗽、咳痰、胸痛、乏力），中药组分别为70％、60．6％、100％、83．3％，化疗组分别为62％、48．4％、43．3％、8．5％。KPS评分，中药组治疗前后分别为71．3和82．6，化疗组分别为72．0和70．9。毒副反应方面，Ⅲ-Ⅳ度白细胞和血小板下降，恶心呕吐在中药组均为0，化疗组分别为11．43％、2．86％、5．71％。结论：得力生与NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效大致相似，得力生在症状缓解，生活质量方面明显优于NP方案组，毒副反应低于NP组。Objective ：To compare the clinic effect and the adverse effect of Delisheng in jection with NP regimen in advanced non -small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods： Chinese medicine therapy group ：36 patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with Delisheng injection 40ml and 5% glucose injection 500ml one day, continued for 21 days, and stopped one week, and repeated. NP therapy group： 36 patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with NP （cisplatin injection 50mg/m^2 ,d2 - d3 ,vinorelbine tartrate injection, d1, ds ）. The regimen was repeated every 21 days and normally at least two cycles. Results： Seventy one patients can be evaluated, the curative effect recently and the clinic benefit rate did not show the obviously difference betwcen two groups. The symptom alleviating aspect （cough, spit out phlegm, chest pain, tired） ;in the Chinese medicine group were 70% , 60.6% ,100% , 83.3% , the chemotherapy group 62% , 48.4% , 43.3% , 8.5%. In the grade point of KPS, the Chinese medicine group were 71.3 and 82.6, the chemotherapy group were 72.0 and 70.9. The aspect adverse effect, the descent of leukopenia and thrombocytopenia of grade Ⅲ- Ⅳ , disgust and vomit all was 0 in the Chinese medicine group, in the chemotherapy group were 11.43% ,2.86% ,5.71%. Conclusion： Delisheng injection and NP regimen in treatment of advanced non - small - cell lung cancer is mostly equal. In the symptom alleviating aspect and the aspect of living quantity, Delisheng injection is better than NP regimen obviously and adverse effect decreased obviously.
