摘　　要：目的探讨DNA含量与胃癌预后的关系。方法采用IMS-2000型癌细胞DNA分析系统测定163例胃癌患者的DNA指数、平均CV值、DNA主峰面积、DNA主峰质量(pg)、平均DNA质量(pg)、G0G1期细胞百分率、S期细胞百分率、G2M期细胞百分率以及5倍体超过率等9项指标,并进行Cox比例风险回归分析。结果Cox比例风险回归模型单因素和多因素分析结果显示,这9项指标与生存率之间的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论DNA含量与胃癌患者术后生存率无相关性。DNA含量不能作为预测胃癌预后的独立指标。Objective To discuss the relationship between DNA content and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods By using type IMS-2000 DNA analysis system, we detected 163 patients＇ DNA related contents including DNA index,CV,GOG1-phase fraction,S-phase fraction,G2M-phase fraction,and the percentage of aneuploid etc, totally 9 contents. Then we analyzed those data with cox regression. Results We analyzed the data with univariate analysis and multivariate analysis of cox regression, and found there was no relationship between those 9 contents and survival rate. Conclusions There＇s no relationship between DNA content and survival rate of patients suffered of gastric cancer and received operation afterwards. DNA content can not be a single evaluation for predicting the prognosis of gastric cancer.
