摘　　要：目的总结TP方案化疗联合热疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理经验。方法采用紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)方案化疗联合热疗治疗22例中晚期非小细胞肺癌,观察其疗效、不良反应及护理措施。结果通过细致有效的护理,22例TP方案化疗联合热疗的非小细胞肺癌患者取得了满意疗效。结论及时有效的护理是热化疗患者取得满意疗效的重要环节。Objective To summarize the nursing experiences in thermotherapy cumhined with chemotherapy hy the regimen of TP. Methods Twenty -two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer received thenmotherapy combined with chemotherapy by the regimen of TP. The efficacy, toxicities and nursing intervention were observed. Results Through careful and effective nursing, the efficacy is satisfactory in the treatment of 22 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Conelusion Timely and effective nursing will play an important role in achieving a desirable outcome for patients treated by thermotherapy and chemotherapy.
