摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆实施职业生涯管理的必要性,讨论了职业生涯管理培训体系构建流程,提出实施职业生涯管理过程中应注意的几个问题。This paper expounds the necessity of implementing the vocational career management of university library, probes into the constructing procedures of the training system of the vocational career management, and advances some problems needing attention in the vocational career management.
