摘　　要：为了发现企业管理中存在的问题,并有针对性地制定各项政策,危机预警系统成了现实的需要。结合企业能够持续发展的主要标准,建立了企业危机预警系统评价的指标体系,并运用多模糊综合评价模型进行评判。In order to find the problems existing in enterprise management and work out some corresponding policies, it becomes a actual requirement for enterprise to establish the crisis early-warning system. Connecting with the main standards of sustainable development of enterprise, this paper establishes the evaluating index system of the enterprise crisis early-warning system, and evaluates this system f by using the multi-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
