复方金蒲片治疗肝癌对铜、锌、硒元素水平及免疫功能影响的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性肝癌患者服复方金蒲片前后检测血Cu、Zn、Se水平变化及细胞免疫、体液免疫功能的影响。方法肝癌患者32例,为经肝动脉介入栓塞治疗联合服用复方金蒲片,治疗前、后检测血Cu、Zn、Se及免疫指标,并以30例健康男性作对照。结果肝癌患者全血中Cu、Zn、Se含量分别为(0·776±0·141)、(5·920±2·28)和(0·175±0·0337)μg/g,均比正常对照组分别为(0·930±0·220)、(7·460±1·71)和(0·220±0·083)μg/g低;Cu/Zn值肝癌组为0·145±0·067,高于正常对照组的0·115±0·032,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0·01)。治后1个月,服药后全血中Cu、Zn、Se含量分别为(0·938±0·204)、(7·024±1·79)和(0·2513±0·1061)μg/g,均高于服药前(P<0·01)。而Cu/Zn值在服药后有降低趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0·05)。治疗组服药后免疫指标OKT3+、OKT4+、OKT4+/OKT8+比值均有提高,但无统计学意义(P>0·05),而治后IgG、lgA、IgM明显高于治疗前(P<0·05)。结论复方金蒲片能提高肝癌病人血Cu、Zn、Se水平和增强免疫功能作用。Objective To study the influence of Fufang Jinpu Pian on immunity function and the level of copper（Cu）, zinc（Zn） and selenium（Se） in blood in patients with primary liver cancer （PIE）.Method 32 patients with PIE were treatment group and normal persons as control group （ n = 30）. Item immune function of patients and Cu,Zn, Se in blood were detennined before and after treatment. Results Cu, Zn and Se in bood on patients with PLC were shown lower than those in normal persons, and after the treatment the Cu,Zn and Se in blood were significantly higher than those of before treatment（ P 〈 0. 01）, and the immune function were increased after treated too. Conclusions Fufang Jinpu Pian can increases the level of trace-elements Cu,Zn and Se in blood of patiems with PLC, and it can enhance the immune function of patients with PIE.
