摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤组织学类型、临床病理特点及鉴别诊断。方法收集3例乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤临床病理资料,对其进行HE染色和免疫组化标记。结果3例乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤,2例为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,1例为粘膜相关淋巴组织淋巴瘤;LCA、CD20和bc l-2染色均为阳性,AE1/AE3、CD45RO、CD10和bc l-6阴性。结论乳腺原发性恶性淋巴瘤罕见,诊断主要依靠病理组织形态学和免疫组织化学标记。Objective To investigate histologie subtypes, clinical pathological features and differential diagnosis in primary malignant lymphoma of the breast（PLB）. Methods Three cases of PLB were analysed about clinical data, histopathology and i,nmunohistoche,nistry. Results Three cases of PLB, 2 cases were of DLBCL, 1 case of MALToma. Immunohistochemistry showed that LCA,CD20 and bcl -2 in tumor cells were positive,which AE1/AE3, CIMSRO and CD10 were negative. Positive cells that expressed bcl - 6 scattered in MALToma. Conclusion PLB is a rare disease. Its diagnosis mainly depends on histopathology and the marker of immunohistochemistry.
