摘  要:采用正交设计的方法,以金顶侧耳菌丝体的生物量及其多糖含量为测量指标,对金顶侧耳液体发酵培养基进行了优化研究。结果表明:当发酵培养基的配方为:马铃薯20%,蛋白胨0.3%,葡萄糖2.5%,KH_2PO_4和MgSO_4·7H_2O各为0.15%时,其菌丝体的生物量最高:而当培养基的配方为:马铃薯20%,蛋白胨0.1%,葡萄糖3.0%,H_2PO_4和MgSO_4·7H_2O各为0.15%时,其菌丝体胞内多糖含量最高。结果表明生物量最高的培养基中其菌丝体的胞内多糖的产量并非最高。According to the effects of different media on mycelium biomass and axtracellular polysaccharides, the suitable fermentati medium of Pleurotus citrinopileatus sing were studied by orthogonal experiment. The result indicated that when the composition of the medium consists of 20% Patatoo,0.3% Peptone, 2.5% Glocose,0.15% KH2PO4, 0.15% MgSO4 · 7H2O,The mycelium biomass is the highest, While the compositionof the medium consists of 20% Patatoo, 0.1% Peptone, 3.0% Glucose,0.15% KH2PO4,0.15% MgSO4 · 7H2O, theaxtracellular polysaccharides is the highest. So the condition is that tile suitable medium for the production of mycelium biomassis not the suitable medium for the production of mycelium axtracellular polysaccharides.
