摘　　要：先分别对高斯整环Z(i)=｛a+bi｜a,b∈Z｝的元素a+bi的实、虚部a,b按模n同余分类得到Zn(i)=｛[a]+[b]i｜a,b∈Z｝,再利用两个的直积构造了一类有限非交换环。This paper classifies the real and imaginary part a, b of elements a ＋ bi in Gauss integral ring Z（i）={a＋bi｜a,b∈Z] according to module congruence and gets Zn（i）={[a]＋[b]i｜a,b∈Z}. Then the direct product of two is used to construct a class of finite uncommutative rings.
