摘　　要：对明初“魏观案”的发生原因,历来有各种不同说法,文章从一个新的视角探讨了“魏观案”形成的原因,认为这场悲剧是由魏观失职和明初法禁森严这两个因素共同促成的。The thesis mainly discusses the reason why the WEI Guan case took place. We finally draw a conclusion that this tragedy is caused by two factors. One is that WEI Guan neglected his duty. The other is that the law was very strict in the beginning of the Ming Dynasty.
