摘　　要：管理案例教学强调师生互动,注重学生自主学习、合作学习与创新能力、思维能力以及健全人格、团队意识的培养,在横亘于管理理论与实践之间的沟壑上架起一座桥梁,必将发展成为管理教学中生命力极强的主流教学模式。本文归纳了案例教学实际操作中存在的几个主要问题,并提出了加强案例教学、提高教学效果的相关对策建议。Case teaching in management, which emphasizing the interaction between the teacher and the students, attaching importance to training students＇ ability of autonomous learning, cooperative learning, innovation, healthy personality and team awareness, will build up a bridge between management theory and practice and is bound to becoming the major trend of teaching with strong vital force in the teaching of management. This paper summarizes the main problems in the actual operation of case teaching and then puts forwards the relevant countermeasures to promoting the effectiveness of case teaching.
