摘　　要：企业参与职业教育包括企业内教育、投资举办职教机构、校企合作;产品市场、劳动力市场、职业教育市场构成其参与的基本环境,企业理论、经济学和职业教育学形成分析其参与行为的理论基础;应用DPE逻辑分析方法可构建出企业个体和群体参与职业教育行为的解释模型,采用企业参与职业教育函数的量化形式可以使分析清晰化。Enterprise＇s participating in TVET covers educating in enterprise, setting up or cooperating with TVET institution. Market of product, labor, TVET service form a basic environment for enterprise＇s participation, While related theories and methods about enterprises, economics, vocational education form a theoretical basis to analyze the participating. group of enterprises participation is created by means of a DPE logic method, and a function is created also to make the analysis more clear.
