摘　　要：软件开发组织可以通过建立一致的、标准的软件开发过程,提高对软件项目开发的控制性和预见性,提高其开发效率。实践证明,CMM可以有效提高软件开发组织的生产能力和产品质量,它强调角色的划分,按角色分配任务。本文针对软件维护组织维护能力成熟度展开研究,引入软件过程的概念和CMM分级在软件开发中的应用。围绕软件维护过程的计划、度量和层次方面展开描述,循序渐进地提出软件维护过程改进模型。An unified and standard software development process can improve the capability to predict and control the project development of software organizations, and it can also increase the development efficiency. Practices show that CMM improve the product quality and throughout of software organizations. The process emphasizes the development roles. And in this paper, the capability of maintenance in software maintenance organizations has been studied, the ideology of grading in CMM has been imported. The aspects of plan, measurement and level of software maintenance process have been described.
