摘 要:履带车辆对不同地表感受到的粗糙程度可以用支重轮位置偏离静平衡位置的程度以及车辆悬挂部件、行走装置的参数来表示,因而可估计在附近一段区域内各种工况下对换挡的要求。在车辆行驶方向上分析履带车辆在不同地面情况下支重轮偏离静平衡位置的各种情况,结合车辆的支重轮个数及履带与地面接触面积,给出表示地面不平状况的计算式。该地面不平状况可用来作为履带车辆自动变速智能换挡的一个输入参数。The roughness that a crawler vehicle senses on different ground can be depicted by the departing degree of track rollers to their static balance position as well as the parameters of vehicle suspension mechanism and travel device. Then, shift requirements under various work conditions in nearby area of the vehicle can be evaluated. Various situations of the rollers deviating from the static balance position of crawler vehicles under different ground conditions are analyzed in travel directions. In association with the roller number and contacting area between track and ground, calculation formula to display ground roughness is presented. The ground roughness can be used as one of input parameters in automatic intelligent shifting of crawler vehicles.
