摘  要:光纤电流差动保护是高压超高压线路主保护的发展趋势。阐述了光纤分相电流差动保护的基本原理;对比传统比例制动差动保护,介绍了L90保护自适应椭圆形制动特性。针对光纤电流差动保护应用中需要解决的几方面问题,包括电容电流的影响、高阻接地的影响、CT饱和、CT断线、采样同步、弱馈问题等,分析了各型号差动保护的相应对策。最后结合实例总结了相关保护定值的整定计算方法。Fiber optical current differential protection is the main protection's development trend of high and ultra high voltage transmission lines. This paper illustrates the theory of fiber optical current differential protection. Comparing with the traditional percentage restraint differential protection,it introduces the adaptive elliptical restraint characteristic of L90 relay. Aiming at several application issues, it analyzes the solutions of several types line differential relays. These issues include the effects of capacitive current and high resistance grounding fault, CT saturation, CT failure, sampling clock syuchronlzation, radial lines'operating condition and so on. Setting calculation method of line differential prutection and calculation examples are given as well.
