摘　　要：介绍了高功率半导体激光器阵列的国内外研究情况,概述了高功率半导体激光器研究中所面临的关键性技术问题———半导体激光器阵列条、高功率半导体激光器阵列的散热技术及其光耦合技术,指出降低半导体激光器的生产成本是提高我国国际竞争力的重要手段。This paper introduced research progress of superpower semiconductor laser array at home and abroad, discussed several key technological problems in superpower semiconductor laser such as semiconductor laser array bars,heat radiation technique and optical coupling technique of superpower semicoductor laser array and pointed out that reducing production cost of semiconuctor laser is an imporatnt method to promote China＇s international competence.
