摘  要:某炼钢厂从德国DEMAG公司进口的两台钢包旋转塔已运行了多年,经检测发现该塔臂架有一处薄弱部位,并对其进行补强。后因生产的需要,承载能力提高到450 t,发现旋转塔臂架立臂工艺孔截面段的强度稍弱,稍大于材料的许用应力。为此再次提出了补强措施,经过对两种方案进行有限元分析比较之后效果良好,确定了立臂工艺孔截面段的强度能满足提升450 t承载能力的要求。Two ladle turret from DEMAG corporation of Germany in a steel - making plant, which have been working for many years. After testing, some weak positions of the forked beam of the ladle turret were found and enhanced. In order to meet the requirement of increasing productivity, the capacity of the ladle turret should be increased to 450 t. So a further testing and evaluation of the ladle turret were made, and the section at the hole for fabricating of the rotary column was found to have not enough strength. The maximum stress at the section is a little higher than the allowable stress of the material and an enhancing measure was taken. The results of the finite element analysis show that, after enhanced, the strength of the section at the hole of the rotary column was raised to the level of 450t load - carrying capability.
