摘 要:开发了一种用于检测和分析车辆液力减振器噪声的仪器,该仪器通过传感器采集减振器活塞杆头振动加速度信号,并通过A/D转换后输入到仪器的嵌入式微型计算机,然后进行数据处理分析以评价减振器噪声。本文对上述过程的硬件和软件实现方法进行了阐述,该软件开发基于Windows平台并采用VC++工具,运用多线程技术保证了测控系统的实时性要求。结果表明:该仪器使用方便灵活、运行可靠,测试功能和精度均能满足车辆液力减振器噪声检测的要求。The development of an instrument for detecting and analyzing the noise of vehicle shock absorber has been introduced. The acceleration of piston rod of the shock absorber are detected by sensors and inputted by A/D to the embedded computer of the instrument , and then analyzed by the special software so as the noise induced by the vibration can be detected. The realization methods of the above test process and the principle of the signal analysis as wall as the software development in Windows platform with Microsoft VC + + Tools has been studied in detail. The real-time requirements for the testing system are guaranteed by the multithreading technology. The test results by the above instrument show that it meets the requirements of vehicle shock absorber noise detecting and is reliable and efficient and convenient to use.
