白灵菇提取液对小鼠胃排空的影响

摘　　要：采用改良酚红(PSP)含量测定法,分别以正常、新新的明负荷、肾上腺素负荷小鼠为实验研究模型,探索白灵菇对小鼠胃排空的影响。结果表明：白灵菇提取液(5．00 g．kg^(-1))1次性ig给药可显著抑制正常小鼠的胃排空(P＜0．01)；对肾上腺素负荷小鼠引起的胃排空抑制没有明显的促进作用(P＞0．05)；对新斯的明负荷小鼠引起的胃排空亢进也没有明显的拮抗作用(P＞0．05)。Applying the reformatory content mensuration of PSP and taking the rats with healthy and neostigmine-treated and adrenaline- treated as research model to explore the effects of Pleurotus nebrodensis on the rats＇ Gastric Emptying Function （GEF）. The results indicate that ig liquid at a single dose extracted from Pleurotus nebrodensis （5.00 g. kg^-1） can remarkably restrain the healthy rats＇ GEF （P〈0.01） and that there ia no obvious effects on the rats with adrenaline （P〉0.05） and that the liquid shows no noticeable control of gastric emptying hyper-function of the rats with neostigmine （P〈0.05） .
