摘　　要：作者采用鱼肝油酸钠相对大剂量注射治疗颌面部海绵状血管瘤７６４例，此法可提高疗效，缩短疗程，其治愈和基本治愈率为８９．２７％。文中还就鱼肝油酸钠治疗血管瘤的剂量、间隔期、方法与疗效的关系作了总结分析，并讨论了鱼肝油酸钠治疗血管瘤的反应和并发症，以及治愈后可能复发的原因。Abstract:The result of relatively large dose of 5% sodium morrhuate injection (SIM) for the treatment of 764 cases in the cavernous hemagioma in orofacial region is presented.The curative rate was improved, Its cure and elementary cure rate were 89. 27%. The dosage, course and practical approach were discussed, The relationship of factors listed above with the curative effect were mentioned. The reaction and complications might be influencing the recurrence rate.Hemangioma after SMI should be observed in order to consolidate its curative effect.Abstract
