摘　　要：作者在人工口腔的可控条件下，检测了锌对变形链球菌生长代谢的影响，结果表明：于Ｉｎｇｂｒｉｔｔ单菌菌斑培养液中加入ＺｎＳＯ＿４有明显抑制变形链球菌生长的作用。这一结果印证了前人的体内体外实验，同时也证实了人工口腔模拟实验的可行性。The influence of zinc on the growth and metabolism of Streptococcus was studied under controlled conditions in an artificial mouth model. the results confirmed the previous conclusion that zinc was capable of inhibilling the growth and metabolism of streptococcus both in vivo and in vitro. At the same time,the feasibility of the imitative experiments in an artificial mouth model was proved.
