摘 要:研究了45MnMoB地质钻杆在无压和加压2种条件下瞬时液相扩散(TLP)连接接头的性能、组织和成分分布。结果表明,无压接头焊缝界限清晰,焊缝中出现了大块的硅氧化物,接头塑性差;加压接头焊缝组织与母材组织相似,并且合金元素均匀分布,接头抗拉强度达920MPa,弯曲180°未裂,达到钻杆焊接接头技术要求。因此,连接压力可以提高液相润湿性,减少液态氧化,促进合金元素均匀化,实现接头组织连续生长。The property,microstructure and composition distribution of the transient liquid phase(TLP)bonding joint of the 45MnMoB geological drill pipe with and without the bonding pressure are studied.The results show that the bonding joint without pressure produces a clear welding seam interface with large block of silicon oxide,showing low ductility.In contrast,the bonding joint with pressure produces a homogenous distribution of alloy elements with the microstructure of the joint welding seam similar to that of the base metal.The joint with pressure shows a tensile strength of 920 MPa and a bending angle of 180FFO without any breaking,which meets the technical demand of the welding joint of drill pipe.Therefore,bonding pressure can improve the wettability of liquid phase,reduce the oxidization of liquid,and improve the homogenization of alloy elements and continuous growth of joint miprostructure.
