摘　　要：基于弹塑性理论,建立了实体可膨胀管(SET)膨胀过程的非线性有限元模型,对套管的非线性膨胀过程进行了数值计算和模拟。分析了膨胀过程中所需的驱动力,讨论了螺纹连接在膨胀过程中的连接强度以及螺纹密封的变化,并根据计算结果提出了建议。Based on the elasto-plastic theory, the no-linear FE model of the procedure of solid expandable tubular is established, and the numerical calculation and the procedure simulation are performed. The drive power of the expanding procedure is analyzed. The intensity and seal of the screw joint during expanding are discussed as well. According to the result of analysis, some suggestions were put forward in this paper.
