摘 要:采用基于轿车线性化刚体运动的稳态转弯模型对轮毂轴承外部载荷进行推导计算,进而对轴承外部载荷的特性进行了分析。结果表明,轮毂轴承径向外部载荷与轿车侧向加速度呈线性关系,轴向外部载荷与侧向加速度呈二次非线性关系。在绝大部分行驶里程范围内,轮毂轴承轴向外部载荷对侧向加速度的绝对变化率恒大于径向外部载荷对侧向加速度的绝对变化率。侧向加速度显著影响轮毂轴承外部载荷,其对轴向外部载荷的影响显著程度高于径向外部载荷。The car's linear and stiff kinetic behavior was discussed and the stiff-car-steady-state-cornering model was developed. A method to determine the car' s wheel-bearings external load (CWEL) was developed from this model and the characteristic of the CWEL was presented. The results show that the lateral acceleration and the radial CWEL plots as a straight line, but the lateral acceleration and the transverse CWEL in quadratic nonlinear correlation. On the large coverage of mileage the absolute changing rate of the transverse CWEL against the lateral acceleration is greater than the absolute changing rate of the radial CWEL against the lateral acceleration. The lateral acceleration has significant influence on the CWEL and it affects more remarkably on the transverse CWEL than on the radial CWEL.
