摘　　要：以具有精密轮廓和三维形状的零件为例,介绍了精冲与拉伸、弯曲、翻边、半冲孔等板料成形复合工艺以及复合工艺设计要点,分析模具设计中的技术问题,得出了工艺制定过程中的一些具体要求。The composite technique of fine stamping and sheet metal forming, including drawing, bending, flanging and piercing, was introduced. The technology issues in designing the composite technique for an accurate profile component were analyzed.
