摘  要:公务员能力培养是党的执政能力建设的重要组成部分。天津行政学院根据当前新的形势和任务发展趋势的要求,积极开创公务员培训新思路,不断创新公务员培训方法,把拓展训练这种体验式学习新方式引入公务员能力培养的教学工作中,探讨如何发挥拓展训练在公务员能力培养中的重要作用,并在教学实践中不断得以发展与完善。The capability development of public servant makes up of the important component for building the governance capability of the Party. Tianjin Institute of Administration, based on the new situation status quo and the request of the mission development, aggressively initiates the new approach of public servant training, and unceasingly innovates the training method. As the experience-oriented learning approach like outward bound training is applied into the capability development of public servant, we need to study how to bring into play the vital role of outward bound training in the capability development of public servant, thus making the unceasing development and improvement of teaching practice in the future.
