摘 要:组织内部的和谐发展状况决定了组织成员的精神感受与苦乐体验,进而影响组织成员的工作热情与责任心,并最终决定着组织运作效率。我们以浙江省行政事业单位为研究案例,着重探讨组织内部不同职位工作人员的苦乐感受差异。期望我们的分析结论对改良我国行政事业单位全体职工的整体工作与生活品质有所启示,对推动我国和谐组织、和谐社会的建设有所增益。The harmonious development condition of internal organization determines the mental feeling and the experience of sadness and happiness of organizational members, and then affects work enthusiasm and the sense of responsibility, finally decides the organizational operation efficiency. Taking the administrative institutions in Zhejiang Province as the study case, this paper emphatically discusses the difference of personnel's sadness and happiness feeling for different positions within the organization. It's expected that our analysis and conclusion may have somewhat enlightenment to improve staff's integrated work of administrative institutions and the life quality in our country, also have some benefits to impel the construction of harmonious organization and harmonious society of our country.
