DT Light-post纤维桩在前牙美容修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在上前牙美容修复中应用DT Light—post纤维桩的临床疗效，总结相关影响因素。方法选择25例患者需要进行牙体缺损修复的42颗上颌前牙，行完善的根管治疗后，使用DT Light—post纤维桩系统进行桩核修复，在12～18个月观察期中，通过临床检查和X线检查，评估桩核修复体的疗效。结果42颗患牙中，3个桩冠修复体脱落，其余修复体完好，未发生根折和桩折，修复体牙龈指数与对照牙差异无统计学意义意义（P〉0．05），治疗成功率为92．9％。结论纤维桩可以替代铸造桩核，成为前牙美容修复的方法之一。Objective To evaluate the treatment outcome of the DT llght-post system in anterior teeth restorations after 12 - 18 months. Methods A total of 25 patients were included, involving 42 maxillary anterior teeth. After complete root canal therapy, the teeth were treated with DT llght-post system. During the observation period of 12-18 months, periodontal conditions, radiographic signs, and prosthodontic results were recorded. Results Three porcelain crowns with post and core were lost during the period of 12-18 months, and the remaining 39 were classified as successful, no dislodgment or fracture of posts or roots were observed in the remaining 39 teeth, and there were no significant differences of glngival index （GI） between test and control teeth （P〉0.05） ; the successful rate was 92.9 %. Conclusion Favorable results after 12-18 months of clinical service indicate that the DT light-post system can be an effective alternative to conventional cast post-and-core systems in the treatment of anterior esthetic prosthodontics.
