摘 要:设计了一种精密伺服界面计。基本原理是根据浮子浸入不同介质所受浮力不同,当界面变化时,浮子所受浮力也相应发生改变。测量系统包括伺服控制,界面位移测量和数据显示三个部分。利用浮力改变产生驱动电信号,该信号驱动伺服电机收放钢丝牵引的浮子。测量钢丝位移量与初始界面位置比较,得到当前界面位置送显示单元。测量误差主要由钢丝重量变化和介质黏性阻力产生。实验表明,借助经验公式计算补偿钢丝重量变化,改进浮子表面结构,是减少测量误差的有效方法。A kind of accurate servo instrument for interface measure was designed. The base principle is that the floater immerged different medium receives different floater. When the interface changed the floater changed too, This measure system comprises three parts. That are servo control, interface dispalcement measure and data display. A electrical signal was aroused by floater change and it will drive servo motor to control the floater moving. By comparing the displacement of floater with the original interface position, the real position of interface can be got. It also can be sent to the display unit. The measure error is main bringed by both weight change of steel wire and emplastic resistance of medium. Through the experimentation we know that it is a good method that we improve the surface structure of floater and compensate weight change of steel wire by using experience expressions.
