以卤虾为主料生产特种营养保健鸡蛋的研究

摘　　要：试验利用天津汉沽盐场有限责任公司辖区内丰富的卤虾资源作为主要喂养饲料,辅以天然生物饲料,常规方法饲养蛋鸡,获取到具有极具保健价值的营养蛋,主要的营养成分均有大幅提高,尤其是人体必需的矿物元素钙、铁、锌、硒和VA、VE等。试验已取得可观研究价值,为卤虾资源和特种营养保健鸡蛋的开发提供了一条新思路。We fed hens as normal method by utilizing brine shrimp from Tianjin Hangu Saltworks Co. , Ltd as major feeds and using natural biological feed as an auxiliary agent. As the experiment showed that we obtained nourishing eggs, the main nutritional components of eggs increased sharply, especially some essential mineral elements for human, such as Ca, Fe, Zn, Sn, VA, VE and so on. The results indicated that we not only get quite good study value but slao provide a new way for the development of brine shrimp resource and special healthy eggs.
