摘　　要：本论文以知识经济时代为背景,对知识价值链特征、发生机理、知识价值保值与增值的核心流程与关键知识价值驱动因子进行了研究,并建立了基于知识价值链的企业绩效评价体系,提出了评价方法。The background of this thesis is knowledge economic period, it mainly studies the characteristics and principle of knowledge value chain, the core process of knowledge value increased and key drive factor of knowledge, then set up the system of enterprise performance evaluation based on knowledge value chain, at last, providing the methods of evaluation.
