摘　　要：以河流生命视角为主线，系统地论述了重建生态黄河的必要性与可行性，以此确立了黄河建设的终极目标——重建生态黄河。现在黄河的主要问题是在适当的治黄理念下解决黄河的问题，但现在人为干预过多，所得结果与预先规划的存在一定差距，而真正解决黄河的问题，主要还是要靠黄河的自我恢复，当然，适当的人工措施还是必要的，这样才能尽快重现生态黄河。The river life is the spirit of this paper. The paper completely discussed the necessity and feasibility of rebuilding the eco-Yellow River. And according to the above mentioned, the last objective of the river is rebuilding the eco-Yellow River. Now the most important problem of the Yellow River is under the proper measure to solve its problems. Only with the self-refresh of the Yellow River can it solves its problem thoroughly. Of course, it is necessary to put forward some proper measures by human beings. Thus, the eco-Yellow River can reappear quickly.
