摘　　要：通过对CORBA的分析,提出了一种基于CORBA的分布式人事管理系统的设计方案,叙述了分布式人事管理系统的体系结构和系统组成.实践证明这种方案能够满足分布式人事管理的要求.On the basis of the analysis of CORBA, this paper brings forward a design scheme of the distributed Personnel Management System based on CORBA. The architecture and structure of Distributed Personnel Management System are discussed. The practice proves that the solution of Distributed Personnel Management System can meet the requirement of the distributed Personnel Management.
