摘  要:文章介绍了宜昌市中心人民医院在开展医院管理年活动中的主要做法、实施效果及体会。紧紧围绕群众反映强烈的“看病贵”、“看病难”等问题,从实施“便民工程”、“减负工程”、增进医患沟通等方面入手加强医院管理,使医院逐步走上了科学管理和规范服务的轨道。This article introduces the main measures took by Yichang Centre People Hospital in the action about hospital management year, the result and the comprehensions. It was compacted to the questions about expensive medical treatment and difficulties of medical treatment. Some measures such as convenient medical treatment project and promotion of the communication between doctors and patients were taken to reinforce hospital administration. The hospital is made more scientific administration and standardization service.
