血站融合ISO9000与GMP标准完善质量管理体系的取向

摘　　要：为保证血液质量确保输血安全,应充分认识ISO9000与GMP两种质量管理思想,把握其通用性,探索出一条符合自身特点的质量管理体系。GMP质量管理体系与ISD9000:2000质量管理体系虽有区别,但基本的质量管理思想相同,对加强血站质量管理都有帮助。因此,血站根据具体情况,导入ISO9000先进的管理理论,吸纳GMP内在思想和方法,建立起一套现代化的管理模式,对于提高血站管理水平,提高血液质量及服务质量将起到极其重要的作用。In order to guarantee quality of blood transfused, it is necessary to have a better understanding of two ideas on quality Managemet ISO9000 and GMP, especially their similarity and application to work in blood bank, then to create a quality Managemet stystem with character ; of transfusion. Although GMP and ISO9000 differ from each other, they share same basic idea of quality managemet and all are helpful in improving quality managemet in blood bank. Therefore, it is very significant for blood bank to establish a modern quality managemet mode on the ground of advanced theories and methods drawn from both ISO9000 and GMP.
