摘　　要：简述了传统皂素生产工艺存在的问题和缺点,介绍了一种从黄姜中提取皂素的新的生产工艺及其技术指标和应用情况。This paper briefly discussed the disadvantages of the traditional production method of diosgenin, introduced a new technology of extracting diosgenin from D. Zingiberensis Wight, as well as the application.
