六味地黄汤化裁配合放射治疗食管癌的临床研究

摘　　要：为了研究六味地黄汤化裁在食管癌放疗中的减毒作用并探讨其作用机制,将60例符合纳入标准的食管癌患者随机分为治疗组(中药六味地黄汤化裁配合放疗)和对照组(单纯放疗)。结果显示:放疗前后TNF-α的变化两组间差异无统计学意义,t=1·323,P>0·05。治疗组放疗后CD4/CD8比值明显高于对照组,t=2·278,P<0·05。急性放射性食管炎的发生率治疗组明显低于对照组,χ2=6·66,P<0.05。放疗后治疗组体力状况好于对照组,χ2=8·94,P<0·05。初步研究结果提示,六味地黄汤化裁配合放疗能提高食管癌患者的免疫功能,减轻放疗过程中的毒副反应,从而提高食管癌患者的生活质量,但远期疗效尚需进一步观察。The objective of this study was to evaluate the toxin reducing-effect function of Liu Wei Di Huang Tang Hua Cai on radiotherapy for esophagus cancer and discuss its mechanism. Sixty patients with esophagus carcinoma were randomized into 2 groups： control group （radiotherapy only group） and treatment group （combined Liu Wei Di Huang Tang Hua Cai and radiotherapy）. The difference of TNF-α before and after radiotherapy between the treatment group and control group had no statistical signlficance, t = 1.323, P〉0.05. After radiotherapy, in the treatment group, the peripheral blood CD4/CD8 ratio in T lymphocyte with esophagus cancer was significantly higher than that in the control group, t = 2.278, P〈0.05. Acute radiation esophagitis rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, χ^2 = 6.66, P〈0.05. KPS score of the treatment group after radiotherapy was significantly higher than that of the control group, χ^2 = 8.94, P〈0.05. Conclusions： Liu Wei Di Huang Tang Hua Cai can improve the esophagus cancer patients＇ life quality because it can improve immunologic function and reduce adverse effect of radiotherapy, but the long-term effect of Liu Wu Di Huang Tang Hua Cai still needs further investigation.
