生物羊膜覆盖治疗早期重度眼表烧伤

摘　　要：目的 探讨生物羊膜在早期重度眼表烧伤中的临床疗效。方法 对17例（20眼）重度眼表烧伤患者施行生物羊膜覆盖术。随访3～7月，观察临床疗效。结果 术后全部患者均保存了眼球。角膜恢复透明11眼，角膜斑翳7眼。角膜白斑2眼，角膜新生血管9眼，睑球粘连1眼。12眼视力提高＞3行。无急性排斥反应和继发感染发生。结论 生物羊膜覆盖是治疗早期重度眼表烧伤一种安全有效的方法。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of biological amnion covering on early severe ocular burn. Methods Seventeen patients （20 eyes） who suffered severe ocular burn were treated with biological amnion covering. Follow-up 3～7 months, the clinical effect was observed. Results All eye balls were preserved after operation. Among the 20 eyes, there were 11 eyes with recovered corneal transparency,7 eyes with corneal scaring and 2 eyes with total opacity, 9 eyes with corneal neovascularization, 1 eye with symblepharon. Final visual acuity was improved（〉3 lines） in 12 eyes. There was no allograft immune rejection and secondary infection. Conclusion Biological amnion covering is a safe and an effective method for the treatment of early severe ocular burn.
