巩膜潜池式小梁切除术联合MMC和Healon在青光眼治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丝裂霉素C(MMC)和透明质酸钠(Healon)在巩膜潜池式小梁切除术治疗青光眼中的作用。方法回顾118例143眼青光眼患者的治疗情况。治疗组62例74眼和对照组56例69眼。治疗组术中使用MMC和Healon,而对照组常规行小梁切除术,术中不使用MMC和Healon。结果治疗组术后2周眼压≤21mmHg72眼(1kPa=7.5mmHg),占97.30%;而对照组≤21mmHg61眼,占88.41%.术后浅前房治疗组和对照组分别是4眼和18眼,术后I V型滤过泡分别为3眼和13眼。结论本术式联合MMC和Healon应用于青光眼治疗中,明显降低术后并发症,提高手术成功率,是有效可行的方法之一。Objective To discuss the effect of scleral concave pool trabeculectomy in combination with MMC and Healon on primary glaucoma. Methods One hundred and eighteen cases （143 eyes） with glaucoma were divided into two groups. The treatment group （52 cases,74 eyes） were administred MMC and Healon during surgery, but the control group （56 cases, 59 eyes） were not. Results The intraocular pressures （IOP） two weeks after surgery were ≤21 mmHg （1 kPa= 7.5 mmHg） in 72 eyes（97.30%）in treatment group, but in 51 eyes（88.41%） in control group. It was found that 4 eyes presented shallow anterior chamber in treatment group and 18 eyes in control group, respectively. IV bleb occurred in 3 eyes in treatment group and 13 eyes in control group, respectively. Conclusion Scleral concave pool trabeculectomy in combination with MMC and Healon is one of the appropriate anti-glaucoma surgery characterized by remarkably reducing complications and improving successful rate.
