开窗联合刮切术治疗巨型壁性成釉细胞瘤

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用开窗联合刮切术治疗巨型壁性成釉细胞瘤的治疗效果。方法 7例下颌骨巨型壁性成釉细胞瘤病例，行开窗减压引流术，引流时间6～8个月不等。期间定期复诊，拍X线全景片观察开窗减压病损缩小情况。全部病例均成骨稳定后，二期行刮切手术。结果 全部病例下颌骨升支、乙状切迹、喙突膨隆处重新塑形．且保留下颌骨完整延续性。结论 开窗联合刮切术能有效治疗巨型囊性壁性成釉细胞瘤。Objective To discuss the application of decompression combined with curettage in the trealment of giantism mural ameloblastoma. Methods Decompression combined with curettage was carried out for seven cases with giantism mural ameloblastoma of meadible following draining from 6 to 8 monthes. With regular return visit, the diminution change of the lesion in X-ray films was observed. All cases achieved ideal bone regeneration. And then, the second operation was conducted in order to keep the integrity of the mandible. Results Reconstructions of ascending branch, simoid notch, and coracoid process were achieved. Conclusion Decompression combined with curettage is a effective way in the treatment of giantism mural ameloblastoma.
